Purpose of Use by Recipients: To provide event-related materials such as pre-registration entry barcodes and newsletters, as well as to deliver newsletters for future events
Information Provided: Personal information including name, contact number, and email address
Retention and Use Period by Recipients: One (1) year following the conclusion of the event

Consent to Photography and Videography During the Symposium

During the symposium, designated operating agencies will photograph and record video footage at the venue for the purpose of documenting the event.
Such photos and videos may be published on the foundation's portal, related websites, and official social media channels for promotional purposes.
The materials will not be provided to third parties or used for marketing purposes unrelated to event promotion.
If you do not consent to the collection, use, or provision of personal information, or if you have any inquiries, please contact the designated operating agency.
