During the forum, the designated operating agencies will photograph and record video footage at the venue for the purpose of documenting the event. Such photos and videos may be published on the foundation’s portal, related websites, and official social media channels for promotional purposes. They will not be transmitted to third parties or used for marketing purposes unrelated to event promotion. If you do not consent to such collection, use, or provision of personal information, or if you have any inquiries, please contact the designated operating agency.
